"Frank arrived promptly at the appointed time. He approached the problem professionally, listening to my litany of issues. He quickly evaluated the problem and proposed a fix. Though I was skeptical of his solution (I was expecting a malware issue or setup problem), I decided that my having to call a professional in the first place warranted taking his advice. He guaranteed the fix. After transferring data from a faulty HD to an SSD, he disassembled my laptop and installed a new SSD unit. Total time spent was ninety minutes. In the meantime, he also indexed a new laserjet to both my Chromebooks; a problem that the HP technical service in the Philippines couldn't fix. As one might expect, he answered many operational questions I had about the laptop The final result was a fully functional laptop, a working laserjet and a technophobe with enough new operational information to make me dangerous. :-) All in all, very favorable results. I highly recommend Frank. I believe he provides good service for money spent."
