"Hard Drive was failing on my Dell Laptop which was out of warranty but not that old. Dropped the laptop off to Frank on a Thursday and he gave me an estimate to replace the hard drive and back up everything to an external hard drive so we wouldn’t lose anything from the laptop when changing out the hard drive. Frank said the laptop should be fixed and ready to pick up on Monday. To my surprise Frank called me on Saturday telling me the laptop is fixed and I could pick it up at my convenience. I went over on Saturday and picked it up. Frank did an awesome job fixing the laptop and turn around time was super fast.
