For commercial on-site set up of IDrive Online Backup – Business, we charge $120 per hour with a 1 hour minimum charge for all small business and commercial on-site service.
Residential customers may also purchase the IDrive Online Backup – Business software subscription. For residential on-site set up of IDrive Online Backup – Personal, we charge $80 per hour with a 1 HOUR MINIMUM and each additional hour is billed in quarter hour increments.
An Internet connection is also required, however a high speed internet connection such as Cable/DSL/FiOS/T1 is HIGHLY recommended.
